Elizabeth Joseph is a seasoned personal injury attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients across Florida. As a partner at The NDC Law Firm LLC, she is deeply committed to advocating for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by the negligence of others. Her career reflects not only extensive knowledge of personal injury law but also a compassionate drive to ensure her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.
Elizabeth’s path to law began at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree before beginning her career as a paralegal. Her early experiences ignited a passion for justice and inspired her to pursue her Juris Doctor degree at Florida Coastal School of Law.
Elizabeth’s professional journey has given her a unique perspective. She began her practice at a prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she saw firsthand the profound impact that advocacy can have on the lives of injury victims. To broaden her expertise, she transitioned into insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies operate, evaluate claims, and approach litigation. Ultimately, she returned to her true calling—standing with the injured.
Today, Elizabeth leverages her insider’s understanding of the insurance industry to fight strategically and effectively for her clients. Her goal is always to maximize recovery while guiding clients with care and compassion.
